Appointments
Our office works very closely with you to find those appointments that fit your busy schedule. We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept all Insurance Companies that provide coverage for ``Out of Network`` groups. We do not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards including VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We also offer a flexible payment plan. We provide a 5% reduction if the balance is paid in full at the time of your service. We will also work with you so that your account can be cleared in a timely manner.
Insurance and Payment

The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options before you begin, so that you can make the best choice for you.
